Life in Gozo
Gozo is brimming with culture, featuring two operas, the Ggantija temples, and other ancient architectural structures dating back over 5,000 years.
While the nightlife here isn’t as intense as in St. Julian’s, you’ll still find ways to have fun, as festivals, performances, and various cultural shows are constantly being held.
While it’s true that having your own vehicle is highly recommended for getting around the entire island, in Gozo, you’ll find some excellent quality English language schools, and you may not need to travel too far.
The primary public transportation on the island is the bus. To reach other cities in Malta, you can use the ferry.
Life in Gozo is more affordable than in the rest of Malta and, in general, it’s also quieter and more relaxed.
Both its beaches and its incredible natural landscapes will captivate you. It’s an ideal island if you enjoy outdoor sports, quad biking, or hiking.
